Welcome to Twyford

Twyford is an English civil parish within the unitary authority of Buckinghamshire

The village comprises some 250 houses located primarily along the village roads, and has the benefit of a Church, Primary School, Chapel, Village Hall, Shop, Public House and a Recreation Ground. The village has a thriving community spirit and holds numerous events throughout the year including the yearly Panto, May Fete, Church Fete, Annual Fun Run, School Fete, Rock in the Rec and Carols around the Christmas Tree. In addition the village has two established Cricket Teams and a football team that ensure something is usually happening at the Recreation Ground throughout the year. The Parish Council are the link between the village and the Local Authorities and undertakes certain tasks within the village for the benefit of the village.
